China is soliciting public opinion on its Anti-Unfair Competition Law ​

​ The State Administration for Market Regulation is soliciting public opinion on a draft amendment to the Anti-Unfair Competition Law, which focuses on digital economy, according to its official website on Tuesday.

SAMR: 14,692 cases of unfair competition have been investigated and dealt with since 2021

​ The SAMR has deepened anti-unfair competition law enforcement, severely cracking down on illegal internet word-of-mouth marketing and other unfair competition activities. Since 2021, a total of 14,692 cases of unfair competition have been investigated and dealt with.
