Zhang Wen appointed president of the Beijing Financial Court

On September 22, the fifth meeting of the Standing Committee of the 16th Beijing Municipal People's Congress voted to appoint Zhang Wen as the president of the Beijing Financial Court. Zhang Wen, born in August 1968 in Urumqi, Xinjiang, was graduated from Peking University.

Chinese regulator Cyberspace Administration of China published on Thursday interim rules governing generative artificial intelligence to ramp up oversight of the rapidly growing technology. The CAC said it worked with several other regulators to come up with the new regulations.
