From November 18th to 20th, the 4th Annual Chinese University Patent Conference was held in Chengdu. At this annual meeting, the China Intellectual Property Trading Venue Alliance initiated by the Chengdu Intellectual Property Trading Center was formally established. It is worth mentioning that this is the country's first intellectual property trading venue alliance, and the intellectual property trading industry has since had a " friends’ circle".

According to reports, the China Intellectual Property Trading Venue Alliance was led by the Chengdu Intellectual Property Trading Center. Twelve trading venues including Guangxi Intellectual Property Trading Center, Guangzhou Intellectual Property Trading Center, Shanghai Technology Exchange, and Shanghai Intellectual Property Trading Center responded actively. The basic principle of "equality, voluntary, win-win cooperation" is established. Qin Shikui, Investment Director of Chengdu Jiaozi Financial Holding Group and Chairman of Chengdu Intellectual Property Exchange Center, introduced that the main objectives of economic and social development during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period mentioned "significant progress in the reform of the property rights system and the reform of the market-oriented allocation of factors." The establishment of the China Alliance of Intellectual Property Trading Places aims to better serve the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements of colleges and universities across the country, build an information exchange and business interaction platform for intellectual property trading places, and promote the standardized development of the intellectual property trading market, so as to make intellectual property better serve the real economy.

The reporter noticed that at the 4th Annual Chinese University Patent Conference, a special matchmaking meeting was held for the high-value patented technology achievements of universities and the patented technology needs of enterprises. At the meeting, six projects were signed on-site for school-enterprise docking of high-value patent achievement transactions. A group of high-value patented technologies representing universities have reached a cooperation intention and successfully joined hands with related companies. All this is inseparable from the business promotion and expansion of the "matchmaker"-Chengdu Intellectual Property Exchange Center.
