On December 10th, the 2020 China Copyright Annual Conference and "Yuanjifang" Summit Forum was held in Zhuhai, Guangdong, during which the "2020 Most Valuable Copyright Ranking List" was released. Yan Xiaohong, deputy director of the Cultural, History and Learning Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and Chairman of the China Copyright Association, said in the Forum that the third revision of the Copyright Law, which is generally expected by all sectors of society has completed. The Supreme People’s Court has issued guidelines on strengthening copyright protection, which means that copyright’s creation, utilization and protection have received unprecedented attention, ushering in the best period of time of intellectual property, especially copyright.

Du Xinshan, deputy director of the Publicity Department of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee, said that the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government attached great importance to the protection of intellectual property rights, take intellectual property protection as an important measure to put new development concept into practice, implement the innovation-driven development strategy, build a new development pattern, create a world-class business environment, and promote high-quality development. "Hopefully, with the help of this Annual Copyright Conference, it will provide a new experience for the in-depth development of copyright work in Guangdong, lead high-quality development, and strive to build a new development pattern with domestic and international cycles as the main body and mutual promotion of domestic and international double cycles."
