Li and Zhang in Dalian City, Liaoning Province, through WeChat Moments, publicly sold fake well-known luxury brand clothing under the banner of "Original order or Final order", and the illegal business amount was nearly one million yuan in three years. On December 15, the People's Court of Xigang District of Dalian City found that the three defendants were guilty of counterfeiting registered trademarks and sentenced them to three years’ imprisonment, four years of probation, and a fine of 480,000 yuan.

The reporter learned that from the end of 2016 to April 2018, the defendants Li, Li, and Zhang produced and sold "KENZO", "BURBERRY", "BA-LENCIAGA", "GUCCI" brand clothing without the permission of trademark owner. Li and Li purchased clothing fabrics, trademarks and authentic clothing samples from Guangzhou and other places and delivered them to Zhang. The garment factory operated by Zhang cuts the fabrics into semi-finished products according to the samples, and then embroiders  or prints the semi-finished garments by the factory operated by Li XX, which are processed into finished garments by the garment factory operated by Zhang, and finally sold by Li through WeChat.
