Among them, more than seventy criminal cases of infringement in the field of science and technology were organized, which effectively safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of scientific and technological innovation subjects and the enthusiasm for innovation and creativity; cracked more than 610 criminal copyright cases, effectively regulated copyright order, and stimulated the vitality of cultural innovation and creativity. The Ministry of Public Security strictly combated various types of corporate intellectual property crimes, insisted on the equal protection of the rights and interests of various market entities at home and abroad, large, medium and small, and state-owned private enterprises in accordance with the law, created a well business environment, and provided services to support high-level reform and opening up.
