At the same time, enterprises are encouraged to apply for patents, improved their core competitiveness, guided enterprises to finance through intellectual property pledges, and help small, medium and micro enterprises solve the problem of "financing difficult and high cost", which greatly stimulates the enthusiasm of enterprises to create and use intellectual property.

In 2020, the Market Supervision Bureau of the Autonomous Region deployed high-level implementation of IP strategy, formulated and issued the "2020 Autonomous Region Intellectual Property Strategy Implementation Promotion Plan", studied and drafted relevant implementation opinions on strengthening IP protection, and accelerated the promotion of IP protection institutions construction, to establish China (Karamay) Intellectual Property Protection Center which has been approved by the China National Intellectual Property Administration. At the same time, the whole region has carried out in-depth intellectual property law enforcement "iron fist" operations to crack down on infringement and counterfeiting strictly.
