It was learned from the Heilongjiang Provincial Intellectual Property Office that in 2020, there were 93,939 trademark applications in the province, an increase of 9.51% year-on-year; as of 2020, there were 321,190 valid trademark registrations in Heilongjiang province.

Recently, the China National Intellectual Property Administration approved the establishment of 25 trademark business acceptance windows. Among them, Qitaihe, Hegang, and Heihe City were approved to establish national intellectual property trademark business acceptance windows. Up to now, there are eleven trademark business acceptance windows of the China National Intellectual Property Office in Heilongjiang province.

A few days ago, the Heihe acceptance window for the trademark business of CNIPA was officially launched in the administrative service center of the municipal government. It can handle 25 services, including trademark registration application, licensing filing, transfer, and registered trademark pledge rights registration. It implements enterprise registration and trademark registration one package service, which effectively reduces the cost of trademark business processing of the main operator. It improves the efficiency of trademark registration, and helps the Heihe area of the Heilongjiang Pilot Free Trade Zone in China to release the new potential for innovation and entrepreneurship.
