National Copyright Administration announced the third batch of key works copyright protection early warning list for 2021, in accordance with the NCAC's "Opinions on Further Strengthening the Supervision of Copyright of Works Disseminated on the Internet" and the work plan for key copyright supervision, and based on the work authorization status reported by relevant network service providers.
Relevant network service providers should take the following protection measures for key works in the copyright protection warning list: network service providers that directly provide content shall not provide works in the copyright protection warning list without permission; network service providers that offer storage space should prohibit users from uploading copyright protection works in the early warning list; relevant network service providers should expedite the processing of notices from the right holders of the works in the copyright protection early warning list on deleting infringing content or disconnecting infringing links.
Local copyright administrative law enforcement and supervision departments should issue copyright warnings to major network service providers in the region, and strengthen copyright monitoring and supervision. Those who illegally disseminate key copyright protection early warning works through information networks without authorization shall be investigated and dealt with strictly and promptly in accordance with the law.
