Judicial protection has been robustly exerted on critical technologies, emerging industries, and crucial economic areas. Cases concerning new transactional patterns and technologies have cropped up, with a substantive increase in overseas businesses involved.
In light of their professional complexity, the Hangzhou Intermediate People's Court recruited four full-time technical investigators and 31 experts and scholars as part-time technical investigators to examining technical facts. The objectivity, neutrality, and scientific nature of the identification of technical facts have been improved significantly.
