The Shanghai Copyright Administration released the 2021 Top 10 Typical Copyright Cases in Shanghai at a press conference held on Sep 13. The ten typical cases, selected through recommendation of Shanghai Public Security Bureau, Shanghai People's Procuratorate, and Pudong New Area Intellectual Property Bureau as well as evaluation of relevant experts, include 3 criminal, 3 administrative and 4 civil cases, which cover various fields including online live broadcasting, sports events, audio-visual websites, games, and practical artworks.
