According to the report, Huawei Technology Co., Ltd. has lodged lawsuits against a list of defendants including Amazon Company, Amazon Services Company, Amazon Information Services (Beijing) Co., Ltd., Compal Electronics, and Compal Electronics Technology (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. The case is scheduled to be heard at the Suzhou Intermediate People's Court in Jiangsu Province on December 8. Since this year, Huawei has started to protect its patents globally. It is predicted that companies that have used Huawei patents for free for years will have to pay in the near future.
