Release Conference & Seminar on “Internet Regulation Paradigm of EU and China”.jpg

With mutual-appreciation for future, there are still a lot of challenges threatening traditional legal systems and regulation following the development of the Internet, big data and artificial intelligence. Launching joint research is a proper measure to take advantage of comparation and cooperation. Law School of Renmin University and University of Munich have spent two years studying a cooperation project aiming at internet regulation, a meaningful problem in Chinese, Germany and the EU theory and practice as well as other related hotspots. The results of the “Internet Regulation of EU and China” were published in China and Germany at the same time. Both universities are organizing a result release conference & seminar on the program on March 26, 2019.

Therefore, on the basis of the program, the conference intends to invite experts and scholars from relevant administrative agencies, internet enterprises and research institutions of universities to conduct discussions on following topics: regulations on reutilization of data information, criminal responsibility of the Internet service provider, personal private data, protection on privacy, regulations on the Internet car-hailing service, digital border control and other topics.
