National patent and trademark pledge reached more than 400 billion yuan from January to November this year, achieving a high growth for three consecutive years, according to the China National Intellectually Property Administration (CNIPA). Last Wednesday, Ge Shu, Director of the Strategic Planning Department of the CNIPA, stated at the authority's regular monthly press conference that the 400 billion yuan has benefited nearly 20,000 enterprises, most of which are small and medium-sized enterprises.
