Founded on September 9, 2018, Beijing Internet Court centrally governs the first-instance specific types of Internet cases within the jurisdiction of Beijing. In accordance with the basic ideas of "online case heard online", the court has built and used an online e-litigation platform with integrated processes for the purpose of efficient and convenient administration of the judiciary and improving the quality of trials. F-Adhering to the concept of “openness and inclusiveness, platform neutrality and data sharing, innovation and upgrading, security and control”, Beijing Internet Court builds an e-litigation platform opening round the clock, where you can get access to via mobile devices such as mobile phones and computers anytime and anywhere. The parties may conduct online litigation such as mediation, case filing, delivery, trial, judgment, enforcement, appeal, etc.; and the public may attend public trials, look up adjudication documents and retrieve cases and laws and regulations.

Balance Blockchain: Judicial blockchain contributes to the protection of trial data and the certification of electronic evidence

Beijing Internet Court, as the initiator and leader, formed an alliance with China's leading blockchain industry institutions and companies such as the Security Center of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Baidu, and TRUST DO.
