A total of 15 Enterprises Got Approved by the Securities Regulatory Commission

China Economic Net reported that according to ‘the publication of Securities Regulatory Commission’ official account’s evening news, there are another 7 STAR cooperation’s IPO registration application got approved by the Securities Regulatory Commission. Up till now, there are 15 STAR cooperation’ s IPO registration applications that have been approved by the Securities Regulatory Commission.

‘The publication of Securities Regulatory Commission’ official account announced on July 2 that recently the SRC issued the following STAR cooperation to first publish stock registration in accordance with legal procedures: Andiji Microelectronics Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., Fuguang Co., Ltd., Lexin Information Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., and Western Superconducting Materials Section. The cooperation mentioned above and their underwriters will respectively negotiate with the Shanghai Stock Exchange to determine the issuance schedule and publish the prospecting documents in succession.

Prior to this, the SRC has already approved the issuance and registration of 8 companies which include Suzhou Huaxing Yuanchuang Technology Co., Ltd., Yantai Ruichang Micro-nano Technology Co., Ltd., Suzhou Tianjun Technology Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Hangke Technology Co., Ltd., and Lanqi Technology Co., Ltd. Division, China Railway Communication Signal Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Guangfeng Technology Co., Ltd., and Ningbo Rongbai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
