Booth design drawings are the form of expression of graphics, but they are not graphics works in the sense of copyright law due to lack of concrete data relating to the design and drawings and absence of precise characteristics. However, a booth that features a unique shape, enjoys artistic aesthetics and constitutes works of fine art should be protected by the copyright law for creative expression. The physical booth that is built based on and are substantially similar to those booth design drawings constitutes the copy of artistic aesthetics of works of fine art from two dimensions to three dimensions, which should be governed by the provisions on Infringement of the right of reproduction.
