First National Intellectual Property Administrative Procuratorial Research and Practice Base was Unveiled in Beijing
Recently, the unveiling ceremony of intellectual property administrative procuratorial research and practice base was held in the Fourth Branch of Beijing Procuratorate. This base is the first intellectual property administrative procuratorial research and practice base established by the seventh highest procuratorial office in the national procuratorial organs.
It is understood that the establishment of the base aims to give full play to the advantages of Beijing's procuratorial organs, innovate working mechanism, absorb the participation of theoretical and practical experts both inside and outside the procuratorial system, strengthen communication with intellectual property administrative organs, judicial organs, domestic and foreign intellectual property protection institutions and associations, and through the development of intellectual property banks. Major theoretical and practical issues of public procuratorial work include participating in the construction of an integrated case-handling and cooperation mechanism for intellectual property administrative procuratorial work, organizing business training, publicity and education, exchange and cooperation, leading and promoting the theory of intellectual property administrative procuratorial work, and accumulating practical experience for accelerating the professional construction of intellectual property administrative procuratorial work.
The head of the seventh Procuratorate Office of the Supreme Procuratorate told reporters that the establishment of the base is a major measure to strengthen the administrative procuratorial work of intellectual property in the new era. At present, the public's desire to strengthen the judicial protection of intellectual property rights is very strong. Under the new situation and new requirements, it is urgent to reinforce the administrative prosecution of intellectual property rights in a more important position, further strengthen the in-depth study of major theoretical and practical issues of intellectual property rights, and explore and practice new ideas, new mechanisms and new initiatives.
