The Capital Airport Customs which belong to the Beijing Customs seized 4,105 items, in a batch of goods declared for export by a company, suspected of infringing intellectual property rights. These goods include shoes and bags from 14 brands such as Chanel, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Coach, Nike and Adidas. Confirmed by the relevant obligee, all of the goods are infringing products. At present, the Customs of The Capital Airport has temporarily refused to release the above-mentioned infringing goods and made follow-up disposal according to law. It is reported that since August this year, six cases of intellectual property infringement have been detected in the cargo channel of The Beijing Capital Airport customs, involving 22,130 cases of goods of various brands. Strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights and cracking down on infringement and illegal activities is one of the most important measures to create a first-class business environment.
