After examination, the Minhang District People’s Procuratorate found that the defendants, Wen, Zheng, Lin and Huang, formed a gang to copy and distribute others’ film and television works through the information network for profit without the permission of the copyright owner. The circumstances were particularly severe, and they were suspected of the crime of copyright infringement. The company is currently represented by Chen Jiajuan, who was previously listed by the court as a restricted high consumer. Historical industrial and commercial information shows that from September 2016 to January 2020, the legal representatives of Fuzhou DiLi Technology Co., Ltd. are Wen Bote, Zheng Dongjie, Yu Tingting and Zheng Yuanzhi, respectively.
