Appotronics won the first patent dispute of Sci-Tech Innovation Board

On October 19, Appotronics published the announcement that Guangzhou Intellectual Property Court has trialed that the company has not infringed the patent right and rejected all of the litigation application of Delta Company. Delta was asked to pay for the related cost of acceptance.

Appotronics (688007.SH) announced that recently the company had received two Guangzhou Intellectual Property Court First Instance Civil Judgment (Case No. (2019) Yue No. 73 Zhi Min Chu No. 663, 664). The result of judgment was the companys Non-infringed defense was establishment, and all of the litigation claims of the plaintiff Delta was refused. Until the announcement day, the entire thirty million yuan of the companys own account has been unfrozen.
